Josh prioritizes understanding what is most important to his clients before establishing an investment strategy. By collaborating closely with clients, their CPA, attorneys, and other professionals, he can craft a personalized investment strategy that aligns with each family's unique needs. Additionally, he offers thoughtful guidance on retirement savings plan, helping to ensure you have the flexibility and options necessary to help secure and fulfilling retirement.

Josh launched his career with Edward Jones in July 2005, gaining invaluable experience across multiple branches nationwide. In 2006, he transitioned into the role of Financial Advisor, and in November 2024, he and John Prichard came together to establish the Mile High Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.

Josh holds a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in real estate from Colorado State University, He also has earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist^® (AAMS^®) certification from the College for Financial Planning.

Josh married his high school sweetheart, Shannon. Their three children—Blake, Brynn, and Bryden—represent the fifth generation of their family born in Colorado. Although both Josh and Shannon were raised in Gunnison, they have proudly called Lakewood home since 2006. Josh is actively involved in the community, coaching little league sports and volunteering with various local nonprofit organizations.

John Prichard is Vice President, and Senior Financial Advisor at Mile High Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He is dedicated to working closely with clients to create personalized, comprehensive financial strategies that align with their most important goals.

John specializes in assisting entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals with complex compensation packages, and families seeking financial stability for current and future generations. His clients benefit from a tailored approach that clarifies spending, saving, and investment strategies, enabling them to build wealth and leave a lasting legacy. John's commitment to customized strategies ensures that clients are well-equipped to achieve their long-term goals.

John graduated from the University of Colorado in 2014 and began his career with Edward Jones in 2018. He joined Wells Fargo Advisors and co-founded Mile High Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2024. He earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist^® (AAMS^®) certification in 2023 from the College for Financial Planning.

Since relocating from London in 1999, John has made the Denver area his home. He and his wife, Alexandra, whom he married in 2015, are proud parents to three daughters: Emilia (born in 2018), Elizabeth (2019), and Hailey (2022). As a family, they enjoy camping in the Rockies, skiing in the winter, and exploring the outdoors. John and Alexandra are also passionate about community service, actively volunteering and supporting several local nonprofit organizations. Whether on the slopes or around a campfire, they cherish making memories together in the beautiful Colorado landscape.

Experience and Credentials
Barb began her career in 1989 at PaineWebber, later acquired by UBS. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Finance from the University of Minnesota and completed her MBA in Finance at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. A CFP^® professional since 1992, Barb earned her CIMA^® designation from Wharton in 2005 and has served as a portfolio manager since 2015.

Grounded Values, Personal Perspective
Midwestern values are not just part of Barb’s background—they are the foundation of her approach to life and work. Since beginning a new chapter as a widow in 2011, she has centered her life around the people she loves most. Barb believes that a life well lived is found in the details: a spirited board game, a quiet morning in the garden, or time together on a family beach trip.

Her appreciation for family, nature, and the wildlife  she encounters outdoors informs her work as an advisor. Barb doesn’t simply help manage wealth—she cares for the families behind it, extending the same devotion, trust, and attentiveness to her clients that she brings to her own home.

Christy serves as Senior Registered Client Associate at the Mile High Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. She is deeply committed to serving clients and alleviating the stress of financial tasks. Following the lead of the team’s advisors, Christy is dedicated to the three financial pillars

Christy graduated from Sterling College with a degree in history and spent the next few years as a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful daughters. Needing a return to the workforce, Christy began her journey into the world of finance, starting in administration, and eventually becoming fully licensed for securities and insurance.

At work, Christy loves talking with clients and ensuring their needs are met quickly and accurately. Outside of work, Christy spends free time with her daughters and their two little dogs.

With nearly three decades of experience in operations and support roles within the finance and banking industry, Ann brings a wealth of energy, charisma, and leadership to the team. Outside the office, she enjoys life in the scenic hills of Golden, Colorado, with her husband, affectionately known as the “Original Mountain Man”. Their eldest child is a senior at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, while their middle child is thriving in Loveland, Colorado. Their youngest, a middle schooler at Faith Christian Academy, aspires to join the Varsity Big Red team with Golden’s own Westernaires.

Ann is passionate about exploring Colorado’s backcountry and has completed numerous backpacking trips over the years. Her husband, Charlie, is an enthusiastic mechanic and car enthusiast, currently working on restoring a 1968 Jeep Commando and a 1970 Nissan Patrol.
